TwikFit Features
The TwikFit platform makes the scan-to-fit-to-manufacturing process almost effortless. It facilitates a quick, reliable, and less labor-intensive creation process of custom-fit orthoses and consumer goods.
The TwikFit features mentioned below apply to all design workflows. Specific features can be found in the subpages.
TwikFit can use 3D scan data that adapts a product template (e.g., an insole, hand brace, or helmet), resulting in a unique product geometry.
The platform also allows for manually taken measurements as input data.
For every custom-fit product, aesthetical personalization is possible to add to the front-end interface (color, text, structure, etc.).
A unique ID code is printed into every component to trace the part through the creation and production process. These codes can be placed where the user wishes on the product.
Through TwikFit’s seamless connection to manufacturing, the productions files are immediately available to export for production.
TwikFit has several 3D view options: with or without the grid, with or without scan, and the grid spacing can be adjusted to preference.
